ORDERS PLACED ON OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/SIZES
Our store only fulfills orders on out of stock items that are embroidered. If an embroidered item/specific size is out of stock, those orders will still be processed but more time (than the normal 10 business day turn-around) will be needed to fulfill the order placed. An email will be sent notifying the customer of this potential delay if applicable.
Please be sure to check "all mail" when searching for any type of confirmation that we me send out through email. (ex. Order Confirmations, Tracking Numbers, etc.)
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 7 days, your order will be invalidated.
